Francine Cullari is an attorney with an office in Grand Blanc. She focuses on real estate, estate planning, and business Law. She teaches Business Law, International Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law at UM-Flint. She has written a number of published articles about business matters and other legal issues. She has a Masters in Planning and served as Chairperson of the Grand Blanc Township Planning Commission for many years. She has an MA in Planning, an MBA from UM and a law degree from Michigan State. She is a trustee of the Genesee County Bar Foundation, past president of the Genesee County Bar Association, past Board member of the State Bar of Michigan, and chair of many community and legal groups. She has won numerous awards, including the 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award from Michigan State College of Law, the Athena Award from the Chamber of Commerce, and the 2014 Roberts P. Hudson Award from the State Bar of Michigan, the highest award it grants for integrity, reputation and service
to the Bar.
